I'm just being honest here. I've had multiple people come out here from your company and tell me they inspected and treated for wasp nests, spider nests etc. I still see plenty of bees and wasps around my property, and plenty of spider. i'm hoping at the very least your treatments will stop the ants from invading my daughters room which usually happens around Fall. Frankly i feel like taking a gamble with Aptive was a bust. I'm just not seeing any results unfortunately. The people show up from Aptive are usually here for no more than 15 minutes I'd say so I'm not even sure what could possibly be accomplished in that short amount of time. Jesse did an excellent job. I met with him and explained that I saw some large black ants in the courtyard. He told me he would treat the area and explained afterwards that he saw no traces of ants or ant hills. He also treated several feet away from the house to create a barrier. I appreciate the detailed attention to the issue.
Miguel called me before he started and explained what he was going to do. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you.
Thomas Gelatko has done the job that was not completed on Sat.22nd. We would not have known of the in-completion if it wasn't for security cameras (not Mr. Gelatko). Thomas Gelatko on the other hand did the service with extra care and an additional application to eliminate some new bugs. Thank you. Thumbs up.
