Very friendly and quick they called before to make sure i wanted the service or needed to reschedule
I cancelled this appointment through email, days ago, I received an email that it had been canceled and they still came out to perform the service. I did not even sign up for this appointment to begin with! I am not paying for this.
I am very happy with my Aptive Pest Control service. It is the first time in years I have not been overwhelmed with ants!! The technicians have all been friendly and efficient too. I would recommend Aptive to anyone experiencing pest issues.
Good job except several webs not removed. Have pictures if needed.

Hi, this feedback is as such not against the services by the technician but actually on the wrong charges on today's services. I have specially showed the technician the email wherein Aptive have agreed that first month and thereafter follow up service within one month will be $99. But to my horror, Aptive has deducted $99 at my first visit ( on Aug 3)as well as today again after the follow-up service.
I have showed him the email also and he told me that he will look into the matter but instead money has already been deducted from my credit card. Request you to process the refund.
So this feedback is not as such against the services but the way money has been deducted and collected ...Read More

He was very polite and came back did a great job.
The service was not completed. There is no way my yard was sprayed in under a minute, my yard is to big.
Your representative for this assignment was Devin. Prior to his arrival on my property, I requested a cancellation of the service. I was advised that the appointment would be cancelled. However, Devin DID come on my property. The gates were locked so he ONLY did the front yard. My plan with your company includes front, back,and interior. Yet, please note Devin only did the small front yard. Then, he proceeded to charge my account $110.00. I had just paid $110.00 on 8/3/2020 for service!! So, I'm paying $220 for your service. This morning, I was told by your rep Elizabeth that Devin made a "mistake" charging my account!! His visit was supposed to have been a free "follow-up". Yet, my bank...Read More
