Julio went above and beyond in making sure I was informed about my pest control options and giving recommendations on how to keep my home pest free. He did a very thorough job and really seemed to care about the outcome of his service.
Jake was awesome and very professional. He answered any and all questions thru the entire process. I hope to have him next time I have service.

I wasn’t scheduled for today but my neighbor was and Justin was awesome. I have been trying to get in touch with the office for the last month to get a redo and he called the office and got me scheduled and when he finished my neighbors house he did mine. Very thorough and professional. Aptive is lucky to have him as an employee.

This gentleman did way better than the initial treatment. He sprayed more thoroughly, and hopefully it will work better than the last time, and hold longer until the next treatment.
You only performed service on my front yard and nothing on the back yard. I know that it was stated on reminder to leave gate open but I am not really okay with that for safety purposes. I was at home and if you would have only took a moment to knock on door I would have gladly opened gate and let you in.
Charles did and excellent job of spraying the inside as asked. He was the only one who sprayed the yard fence line as well as the perimeter of the house. This was not requested but very much appreciated.
Miles was very thorough and professional. He explained what he did before leaving. Great job!!
