My house is filled with insects and bugs- I have tried to stop this service before.....but you do not seem to exist as a company...clue me in would you please- your address is phoney - your phone number is phoney...I should have reported you long ago - but life gets busy. So now I will. And I am not the owner of this property - I rent here....so it should not be my responsibility altogether. NOW - you stop my account and any further services.

I would like to have had the garage traps changed out.!! They are full of dead bugs & we lost traps to lizards getting in them and us having to toss them out. We had to ask the first technician back in June to even put the traps out. I switched service from US Pest and I would like to see better attention to changing of the traps and cleaning the garage. Especially when you come into the house from the back door. I was not called prior to arrival. Tech came right in the middle of getting kids out the door for school. She was very nice and moved her vehicle, but I had to leave. Luckily my husband was home so she could do the inside. She was nice, but not the service I switched for ...Read More

The technician did an excellent job because I haven’t seen any issues especially those pesky wasp! I’m sorry but I can not find his name but hopes he gets the credit he deserves for a job well done! Thank you so much for removing the ugly wasp nest!

I would give 0 stars if I could. He was here for 2 minutes flat (based on best camera). Blatantly lied about work done. Spider webs out in the open, not even attempted to be removed.
