Brian was great! I am going to ask for him for my next service. He was thorough, hard working and inquired as to our needs and concerns. I was about ready to cancel our service due to spotty results and poor customer service. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes on hold every time I attempted to call Aptive was becoming more than irritating. But, Brian's good work encouraged us to stay . Thank you Brian.

Brandon was on time, very friendly, and did whatever I asked him to do. I gave him a tour of the house, deck, and yard. He was polite and asked questions that I was pleased to answer. You didn't mention it but I asked him to pull down the fold up steps in the garage and go up the steps to my attic area and at the top of the steps I had him throw rat packs I gave him. The packages were smell packs to hopefully make the rats feel uncomfortable and leave. There's none there now that I know of but there's been several in the past.
