Laine did a great job explaining everything that he was going to do. Very pleasant to talk to . I tried to click a link to rate hike but the link wasn’t working. Please give him the $5 as he was very thorough.

He was professional, friendly, and courteous. He listened to my relating my experience and inspected the ground floor, basement, attached garage, and exterior perimeter of my home. He set traps outside and inside each of these areas and asked me to call if I find any mice trapped or if I had additional questions.

I waited at home ALL day waiting to be contacted by your technician . I spoke with someone at your customer service number & they assured me that I would get a call 30 minutes in advance. I told them that I would only be home until 6:30 that afternoon because I had a appointment to get to. They said that it would be before 5:00. I left at 6:30 & at 6:51 I got a text from Terrell that he was at my house . I assume he did spray around the outside of my house ,but certainly didn't go into my garage to spray. ( which I would have had done if I were home) I'm very distattisfied with how my service was handled & want some else to come back out at a time that is reasonable & treat my house again...Read More
