Mark Treco II service was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each treatment, why it would be effective and what to look for in the rare event that it failed to work. He addressed a more urgent concern than I had discussed with the sales manager. After speaking NG with the Sales Manager, Alex Gomez, I was stung multiple times by bald faced hornets from a tree nest I didn’t know existed. He addressed it immediately upon arrival. He was cognizant of the fact that we have young children and a dog as well. My son likes to check on a toad that lives in a hollow between two trees by the road. The two ladies that came for my pest treatment were extremely kind and warm! They did great work and were sure to pay heed to the particular areas of the house/yard that I wanted them to. Thanks!!

There are still spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. Aptive was only here for a matter of minutes. I’d like you to come back out and fix the problem or get a refund.

Both of my gates were left open. I went to let my dog out and almost lost her due to both gates being open. When you open a gate, please close it after yourself. My husband is disabled and would have been unable to chase our dog. Thankfully, I was home when we let her out. It could have been a major tragedy! They broke my gazing ball. They at least telephoned me and left me a note so I would not be shocked. The service was not stellar this time.
