Very helpful. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. The technician gave me so great tips and told me things I was not doing right to prevent ants from getting in the house.

Excellent service. The technician could not have been any nicer. Maxwell took the time to explain what he was going to do and answered the many questions my husband had for him. We tried to respond goaptive.com/wow link but it said access denied. We were very pleased with the service.

Our tech called a half hour before arriving. I spoke with him prior to he beginning his service to mention my concerns and he informed me what he intended to do to remedy them. He also left me three sticky traps that I requested. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was at my house (512 Augusta Drive, Arnold, MD on Friday, September 4,2020 at 1:15 pm. Bob Kanach

I watched him. Maybe spent 5 minutes cleaning webs and then left. No spray no nothing. I’m beginning to feel this was a waste of money.

Very friendly and safety conscious. She wore a mask the entire visit . She treated all the areas that I asked her to treat and was very thorough in her inspection of the property.!
