I usually have a good experience but this time was a little bit different. I was expecting them to come and knock/ring the door because they were spraying inside but he didn’t at all, I have the ring and he didn’t even try. My husband had to go outside to let him know that he needed to spray inside, he said that he was knocking and that nobody answered, thing that is not true because we have the video. He was leaving without spraying inside when yesterday I called them to request an inside treatment.
Mr. Velez was courteous & took the time to answer all my questions & concerns! He took care of the spots where we saw pests! I greatly appreciate the work he did!!

I was working when the technician called my phone. My sister texted me when they got there and i told her the areas that needed attention. The guy responds to my sister and says "tell your sister im not a bill collector, she can answer her phone". Not professional at all.
Today I am very disappointed with Aptive service , the guy show up on time and when I open the door he asked me is everything unlocked, I told him yes and let me also open a garage door for you. I was expecting first he will do the outside spray then he will come inside the house and complete the service but within 10 min he just spray outside and left. I am not willing to pay $102 for this kind of service. I rather buy from Walmart and do it myself inside and outside of house . what's the use of this service when Aprive dont even come inside the house and finish his work.
Deno was wonderful, polite, professional and sprayed all areas very well. We were very happy with this attention to detail and not skipping any areas. We would love to have Deno every time!
