I had asked three simple things. Put new mice trap with gel, add one mice trap with poison and spray for spider.
Mice trap with poison was not placed and snapping trap was placed without gel.
Do I need to baby sit the technician? On top of it, he didn’t even let us know that requested items have been taken care of and took off.
All above after technician not showing up on last 3 scheduled visits.
Close your business please and refund all money back for years you guys have grilled us.
He did a very good job on the front; however, the back of my house was not done as expected. This was not his fault. I explained to Mr. Parker, the Rep. who booked my service, that the worker needed to tell me when he was ready to do the back of the house so that I could unlock the gate at my patio. There must have been a mix-up in communication.
The back of my house still needs to be done. I called Aptiva today and they scheduled a return this coming week to complete the service.
Edgar was friendly and highly professional. He listened carefully to all of my requests and took care of them perfectly. Edgar thoroughly explained what he would be doing, he did it efficiently, and disturbed nothing in the process .
Darnell was very rude and looked like he was on drugs. When I explained to him the first gentleman put some sort of powder on th house for treatment of spiders his reply was the company doesn't do that. He never treated the patio. As a matter of fact t he got in his vehicle and drove off. Terrible customer service. Never send this individual to my home again
