The service is very good, you always ask me if I need something special, and always do it. The technicians are always very polite, today Ferney Valerie Lozada performed the service, and he is definitely deserves the bonus.

Communication is the key and Aptive does NOT have it! Inside was not done! Back yard was not done! Tech “MAY” have done front yard but since they don’t bother to call or knock upon arrival, im still trying to figure out exactly what im paying for! Im ready to cancel service because what your salesman sold me is NOT being done but you sure know how to charge my credit card immediately for awful service! Then having to be on hold for 20 minutes to reschedule your tech to come out yet again! Complete waste of your time, my time & your technicians as well! Seriously NOT a happy customer

I specifically told techinician that I needed the porch and back patio treated for carpenter bees. He sighed and said that made his job harder. And he did not treat the area for the bees. I just noticed that the holes weren't filled in, like they were after first treatment. I expect someone to come back and treat for the bees.
