We are very pleased with our service so far. We had about 10 dead crickets in our front yard the next morning. We were also very grateful for our tech wearing a mask while inside our home and being cautious of me being pregnant. He was also very friendly and personable.
The service man you sent to my address did an exceptional job... very friendly very knowledgeable and he thoroughly cares about my pest problems never let this guy go. i would like for him to take care of my home from now on.
The ant problem in the kitchen is quite gone now. You did a thorough job. Thank you for keeping our home pest free.

It was just by chance that I happened to see the technician in our backyard. I walked out to the front to talk to him. He said, “I wasn’t able to service the backyard because you have dogs.” I asked him if he would’ve called me on my cell phone if I hadn’t walked out front. He stated that he doesn’t have “authorization “ to do that. So apparently he would’ve just left our home having only completed the front yard. We have grandchildren here daily and they lay in our backyard. That is the only reason we signed for this service. Phillip was the man that came to our house. He was very good and very polite. The fly problem that I called about was pretty much solved before he came - I had used fly traps and also some spray. He went around in the house and outside and sprayed in appropriate places where the flys might be coming in. I appreciate being able to call and have someone come out to solve pest problems.
Did a great job! Cleared all the wasp net and treated the area.
