He cleared a wasps nest in the ground, but left it ‘as a hole’ in the ground, with debris from the nest laying around the hole, and wasps still swarming the now broken nest..

Not able to treat wasps problem. After 4 treatments, wasps are still around and getting into the house.

Ray was absolutely fantastic. Y’all should be proud to have him on your team. He first went to my moms house, and then came to my house. At both places he took the time to listen to our concerns, and wants for spaying with pets but stilling wanting to be bug free. He did his job, was knowledgeable, and kind while doing so. That says a lot!

They sent a notice about the visit being scheduled only one hour before showing up. The technician said they couldn’t spray inside because their equipment was broken. I asked them to reschedule another visit to spray inside because we still have bugs in the house and to spray outside in the interim. I watched through the window as they did a brief walk around the house and hardly did anything. Immediately afterwards I was charged $105 without the follow up visit scheduled to spray inside. I am starting to think I made a mistake choosing Aptive.

I can't say enough about Dennio! He was attentive to my yard and listened to what my problems pests were that I've noticed in the past months! He advised me of the potency of the product he used and was careful enough to ask where my sensitive plants were that the spray could harm! Now that's going OVER AND BEYOND!! He listened to the customer and did the job TOP NOTCH all following social distancing guidelines and with his mask on at all times! What an asset to APTIVE!!
