Lisa was our technician and she was very helpful with everything. She explained the whole process of treating our house, talked about the products used, and reassured us that bugs, etc would be taken care of. We've had a problem with some small bugs in our laundry room. She was quick to identify them and again reassured us that they would be treated and to call if any problems or not pleased with the bugs going away. She is friendly and accomodating. Great to work with and hope she is our regular technician.

Daysean is a fantastic technician. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable of the products and services that Aptive carries. He always makes sure to check with us to see if there are any changes or anything that needs to be tweaked as far as our service. Listens and offers great solutions. We're very happy with our pest control service from Aptive, and Daysean is a great asset to their team.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a proper rating at this time. I arrived home around 2:30 pm and didn't find a notice of service on either of my doors, so I had assumed because of the rainy weather, the service wasn't performed. Hopefully, I'll be able to see a decrease in the ant activity, soon. Thank you for scheduling my service.

Mike is the most thorough tech to service my home. He asks good questions to properly evaluate the situation. Mike is courteous and respectful with excellent customer service. I had planned to cancel my contact with aptive until Mike came through.

The technician was professional and did a good job. We still have problems with ants. No matter what is done to treat ants, they always come back. We've been dealing with them mostly with homemade remedies.
