Even though I highly dislike Aptive Long Island office management, Technician Jason Hansen was most professional, respectful, and helpful when he came to my resident. He went out of his way to help, as well as be professional when he performs his duty. I wish I could say the same for his management.

The technician that came out was very helpful and informative! He made sure to explain everything and offer advice for things around the house. He pulled up photos of bugs to see if we were seeing them instead of just mentioning a name. I found him to be very polite and would recommend his services to anyone! The only issue I have with this service is that there is very, very little notice on when a technician is going to come out. I never get to make the appointments; I am just told when someone will be here with one day advance notice. Luckily there are a few of us that live here so there is typically someone home, but if that wasn't the case, your technicians would be wasting their time... Read More
