Technician was very polite and friendly. He did a very thorough job examining our home and property for insects and damage before applying the treatment.

Tim Cloud was courteous and did a great job today in my pest control service.
After reading the Technician Notes on the first page, I don't see HOW the tech could have performed all of those tasks in the short time that he was here. My tech's name is Aaron and I suspect that he did as well a job as possible considering it was raining on the day of my appointment. However, even on good weather days, it seems that the techs are never here for more than 10 minutes or so and then they are gone! If that is all the time that is needed then so be it. However, I would feel like I was getting my money's worth if they spent a little bit more time servicing my property. Mulbah was professional and courteous during his visit on 3/17/2020. He knocked on the door to let us know he was there and to see if we had any other requests. I appreciated that because I forgot to call about my 4th floor deck. I recently saw a black spider in the 4th floor loft so I asked if he would come inside and spray the 4th floor deck. My husband also wanted the garage sprayed. Mulbah was cooperative and accommodating and completed our requests. His friendliness was exceptional. The employees represent the company and Aptive gets #1 in my book. Thank you!
