Technician knew how to handle my situation with these roaches. He was patient in listening to my needs. He was prepared with some suggestions and product. I appreciate his presence.

Long stick used and brushed but I did not see any product sprayed. I guess spray one time at the beginning and used it all around my house? (Last time visited technician sprayed many times.) So there is wasp, he pushed it with stick but they came back, I reminded him they came back. But he said OK LET ME FINISH MY WORK. But after that he just drive out without any notice to me. I found he is making U turn, I went out and stop him. Now he said a couple of hours later it will be gone. But still in there... Did I wasted my time and money?

I do not have wasps. No bait traps were set. I have carpenter bees nothing was done. I have fleas and was told the yard was treated. The animals still have fleas am completely disappointed in your service. I reached out the sales rep who said he was going to get the regional involved and I never received a call or email. I would like my yard sprayed again.

I don't have the technician's name, I don't see it listed,. only his photo? He did a good job, was very polite. My only complaint is that I received a text saying that you were coming Friday, Today is Tuesday. I only knew the technician was here because my dog barked. I'm glad by chance I was home and I was able to speak with the technician. I had wanted to find out what time the technician was going to arrive so I could arrange to be at home. I'd like to have my garage sprayed but that can only be done if I'm home to open the door. Hopefully the text will be accurate and include an arrival time frame for the next visit
