Technician called ahead to let me know he was coming. When he was here he wore booties and a mask. He was in and out in 15 minutes!

SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!!!! Got here later in the day due to some scheduling confusion, and worked into the evening to complete the service!!! Dedication!! So much better than the technicians that preceded her!!! Send her every time!!

We were not at all that impressed with your service. The wife had to sweep off the deck railings after he was done. There were cobwebs on our front porch he didn't get off. Then he sprayed over them with the chemical. I also noticed on the north side of the garage it still had cobwebs and grass clippings on the lower half. I told him about it, he said he would brush it again. I don't think he did, I went and looked at it and it looked the same. Before he left I asked him if he remembered to re-brush it? He said he did. I told him I wasn't impressed and he drove away. What was the total I am supposed to pay for this service for a year? I didn't get a receipt for the 1st paymen...Read More

Friendly and knowledgeable. Able to find a possible entrance for mice and plugged it temporarily until I can make a more permanent repair. Give that guy a RAISE.
