Everythings since to be fine. But a little thing the technician didn't do is put a warning sign in front of the yard when he is done.
When called to notify arrival didn't leave a voicemail. This looks like a little thing. But it is really important for customer services
First I called Aptive before my scheduled date because of ants and they were here within two days. The two techs today were Nick and Miguel who did an outstanding job. I showed all the problem areas and they went over the entire house up, down and middle inside and out. Very pleased.
The service report said that the spider webs were cleaned up, which they weren't. It also stated that the basement was sprayed. However, he never informed me that he was here nor did he come into the house so the basement couldn't have been sprayed.
Great job thank you so much. Was very professional and helpful.
Spencer was very friendly. I had a very brief conversation and let him know I did not care whether he took his mask off or not while outside for his personal comfort. He very tactfully indicated it was company policy to keep it on - points for outstanding ethics. He pointed out I had a package waiting on the front door. My impression is that spencer is a bright young man with a lot of potential.
My wife was at home when the technician arrived. She said he seemed to be a nice and respectful guy. The work seems to have been done adequately although I haven't been in my yard yet to inspect and we've already received a frost which will have cut back drastically on the pests you were spraying for.
Also, please leave a flag, a bill or something physical I can see that you've been here. My wife was home today but otherwise the only evidence I'd have is a couple emails.
One other thing, the credit card that I originally used when your representative sold us our package is NOT the payment method I prefer to use going forward so please leave a bill or get an alternate payment method....Read More

Jimmie was really nice and informed. He was the first person to ever mention the use of bay leaves as a deterrent for ants. Just happens we were heading to the store and now have a fresh supply of bay on hand.
Really appreciate Him sharing this tip! Hopefully we will see a difference quickly!
