Nobody showed up today. I scheduled it for today the 15th of September 2020. I had someone here and i have a door camera. They said they completed the job to include my backyard and inside my home. LIES,LIES,LIES! This is the second time i am so unsatisfied with this company and will be switching back and spreading the word!

The tech that came to do my service is a liar and shouldn’t be working for aptive. He came out today and in his report, he said that he treated the front porch and front yard, the back porch and backyard. All he sprayed was the front door and front garage door. Side gate was open for tech to access the back yard like always. My home cameras show that the tech did not even attempt to enter the backyard.

It was too quick. I think only work had been done on wasp nest clean. It is extremely expensive only for this job cost $99. . The other girl (last month) did very good job. I would like to see her in future if I pay $99 for this each month.
