I'm not happy about the service. The technician run out of solution and he was pretending he was spraying on the second floor. When my husband told him that he was not putting anything on the second floor he went and mixed water and told us that had only missed the garage and he did not comeback to put anything on the second floor. I'm upset and this was definitely not a good experience. I will cancel if I don't have someone else returning today and finish the job.

Technician showed up and knocked on our door to let us know he was there. He never asked to come in. He never even went around to spray the backyard or did any outside treatment. I am totally confused as to why he bothered to even show up.

Mason was here today to perform our quarterly service. He was here for about 10 minutes. Maybe that’s all it takes to perform the service or maybe the rain cut it short. Just want to make sure I got what I paid for. We have him on our camera from 11:06-11:14. I have no complaint with the service as long as we got the full service we paid for. Thank you.

Larry Allison did an OUTSTANDING job treating the exterior of our home. Thorough, and detailed, Larry made sure to knock down cobwebs, etc around the home after treating. Extremely pleased with Larry's performance and the service.

The serviceman was friendly when he notified me. I didn't get his name since I was on a call. Please don't penalize him. He completed the treatment in an efficient manner and was gone by the time I got off the phone to thank him for his work. Thank you
