I never saw him, he did not go in the back yard as by the backdoor there are cobwebs everywhere. I am not even sure he came on site to service.

Wish Aptive informs us time slot of the service so that it would help in our schedules. Technician was efficient and professional.

Please be sure to close our gate, we came home and found it wide open after your visit. Also, our service says our rodent bait stations are to be checked at each quarterly service and it does not mention if they were checked and if they needed more bait. Please let us know if they were serviced. Thank you

Jonathan Hampton was fantastic. I was about to leave Aptive and go back to Terminix as we were having a lot of problems with bugs and spiders. Jonathan came over, took his time, explained what the was doing and why, and was simply great!! I hope Jonathan comes back each time to my house
