Madison did an excellent job. She was polite and easy to work with. She was thorough and did some extra treatment at my request.

This is less for the technician as I wasn't home when he did the work. However, the service has been disappointing to say the least. Literally a day after the service my front porch light was covered in cobwebs and had a spider the size of a quarter sitting in the middle of her web right out my front door. NOT OK when I have paid this much for the service to eliminate that very issue!

I called and rescheduled the appointment and you came out anyway. I am very disappointed in the level of support and respect for my space and time. I think it would be best if you just cancel my services. I do not appreciate the lack of communication and caring for the customer's wishes. Frustrated

Henry serviced 2 accounts on 9-24-24, our home and my mother's; we pay for both accounts. Henry politely called in advance and was right on time; he provided all of the regular outdoor services and added black rodent traps at both homes. He has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very courteous (spoke with my daughter who is Mom's caretaker) assuring us that Aptive "has our back" and wants to help (please count this review as 2: thank you).
