Amanda was kind and thorough. She even talked to my kids about their fears of some bugs and spiders. Everyone who comes to our home is polite. Wonderful company!

I found the white powder in one of the bedrooms because the window was slightly opened. It seems that the powder went through the window screen. Please be more careful when applying products to areas where windows are open. It will be greatly appreciated. Also, I found a dead chipmunk in our front porch. I am wondering if it ingested the white powder. Now I am concerned for our cat and dog (both where in the house) which spend time outside the house when we are hone. Thank you.
