Very dissatisfied. My other person that came here always took care of the interior. This time it was not performed. I'm not happy!!!

He was nice but didn’t do along all baseboards as he said he would the outside baseboards were my main concern . It being the first visit I was not impressed .

Service done by Donnelle. My husband asked him since we have pets when we could let them out, he said right away but 30 minutes outside. This made no sense to us so I started a chat online with Aptive and was told not to let pets out of their crates for TWO HOURS!! Why would an employee put our pets in danger?! We would appreciate if this employee no longer services our home. Thank you.

My front gate was left wide open and the back gate unlocked even if it had a clear sign about my dogs. If I hadn't checked before opening my front door I would have risked my both dogs running away - this is not acceptable. This technician must be trained on the important of closing and locking gates, it is simply respectful.
