Bruce Pike was very professional!! Thorough in his explanations and trying to help us determine which pests we have found inside. He was patient with the kids and dog running around and avoided our pet tarantula YAY!! Bruce is awesome!

If he was even in the area, supposedly he went to the wrong house. Not happy. Is this what your company does. Think someone is not home, so you don't spray the house and then charge the customer.

This guy was great -(Reinotto is his name i think) super helpful and thorough in his work. Answered all my concerns and did a great job. I was not going to sign up again next year however his work ethic and thoroughness with our home changed my mind.

Hi Anthony, In the past I’ve been notified when you would be coming to do the treatment. Today I was not. Normally this would not be an issue, but I am caring for a family member’s dog and I almost let her out right after you were here. Fortunately I noticed the stoop was wet and then saw the Aptive stake on the lawn. Please, in the future send an email letting me know you’ll be coming. Thanks, Mrs. Tresselt
