Very Strange Man! My redflags internally go up when he has been here, hard to explain. He is very difficult to communicate with! He has been to my house twice now, because whatever he is doing or what APTIVE uses is NOT WORKING! I'm done w/ this service and will be calling.

Thank you very much Jesse Gorsek for your outstanding work done on my property and around my hose!!! I had lots of spiders and cobwebs around windows and doors, on the bushes and even in the air. I do not see any ants and other pests on the porch as before. Jesse was very nice and highly professional. Thank you Aptive for having such professional service people like Jesse Gorsek.

Linda sprayed product all over the transom window outside our master bathroom. We had recently had the windows cleaned and now this window looks terrible. I do not have a ladder tall enough to clean this window. Very sloppy application.

The eves were swept free of spider webs and we haven’t had any ant problems in the house. We are very happy with our service. Thank you!

I called Aptive for a between quarterly service for the Fall spiders, crickets and silverfish and they scheduled me within a week. The tech that came out, Kember Ford was very courteous and obliging. Thank You.

Am not happy with the service anymore. I had to ask to do the inside. And he was surprised that I even asked for this service, which I thought was included. Including today and the previous couple of services, the techs do not sweep the outer windows anymore. Also seem to just rush through the entire service. Will probably not be continuing the service anymore. I don’t think the money I pay for this is worth what I get.

We have been very pleased with the service that Aptive has performed over the past year. The most significant improvement around our home has been the absence of Yellowjackets, wasps and fire ants. Because the products used by Aptive outside of our home leave no visible residue or smell, there is no evidence that service has even been performed, short of waiting several weeks to see bugs, yellow jackets or wasps. The way I know that service has indeed been performed when I get home is that all of the cobwebs on the eaves and around the doors and windows have been removed.
