Kevin Hoskinson did an excellent job. He was very friendly and professional. He is the third person from aptive to service my home over the course of my contract and of the three I would pick him to service my home again in the future.

I wasn’t home so I can’t comment but my son said he seemed pleasant and knowledgeable in what he was doing. Although it was raining so I’m not sure if the chemicals are as effective. It seems like the spiders come back within a week.

We just had our first service today and Matt Abbott was extremely thorough in removing cobwebs and spraying for spiders, ants, and other insects. He also was very helpful in reviewing the contract.

I am giving 0 rating because no use at all..I waited for multiple applications to see results but I am still seeing rats, spiders and all kind of bugs...I will never recommend to anyone..
