Our Overall Rating: 3.9 / 5 (Very good)

Aptive offers residential and commercial pest control services in major cities throughout 26 states. It mostly specializes in crawling insects and its website leaves it unclear whether or not it can help with other pests, like bats. It's still a new company, but existing customer reviews are largely positive, and if for some reason it doesn't clear up all the pests, Aptive will return to treat your home again free of charge. If you live within one of its service areas and you're struggling with pests, it's worth getting a quote from Aptive to see what it can offer you.

Technician Alfonso Rodriguez was much more thorough than any previous technicians in the past. He answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. He took his job seriously and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I hope he is the technician that services my future treatments.

I appreciate that Tony not only performed the services previously scheduled, but he also asked whether I wanted him to treat my garage for bugs and other uninvited nonhuman guests that have previously infested my garage. Tony is a personable young man who I really like.
