Melissa was very pleasant and polite. Very willing to help and answer all questions and requests. Company suggestion.... I may have missed it but repeating your technician’s name in this email would be helpful in case people forget. Again, I may have missed it, but Then maybe make it mite clear. Attempted to reschedule due to being out of town. Tech continued service and did not do backyard. Full price was quickly charged for half service

~ Tech arrived at 11:15 and rang my doorbell and I answered thru my Ring. Thanked the tech and informed him that we left the gate unlocked so he had full access to our backyard. ~I came home at 2:50 to find my back gate wide open. It was not closed and latched after service was performed. ~ I looked for my receipt for services that were rendered when I arrived home and there was no receipt to be found. I searched the perimeter of our yard and noting. Also doubled checked my mailbox slot (which I have asked numerous times to drop the receipt in the box) and nothing. ~Later that evening when my husband took out the trash, he noticed that once af=gain, our trash cans WERE NOT moved... Angela Runnels arrived at my house to address the problem I’m having with mice. Since I live in a wooded area, it is no surprise that the mice want to move in as the weather gets colder. Angela was very attentive to the problem and thoroughly inspected the areas of concern. She found several spots where the mice are entering the house and plugged them up. She put down numerous traps inside and outside the house. She did an excellent job and I expect to see much less activity. Thanks Angela.

I have a problem. Our gate is locked because of a swimming pool. This is state law. We did not know when technician was coming, thus we were not home. He only did 1/3 of our property. I do not know how he did, except, we will not break the law and leave our gate unlocked ASSUMING some day you will show up. You can not give us a "heads up" on service, please discontinue our service. We will not get rid of the pool, we will not leave gate unlocked with possible children wandering in and drowning, so we are no longer customers. Customer service is not just ny responsibility, try it, you guys may do better.

Julio arrived and listened to my concerns about my nagging pest problem areas. He briefly explained the what and how-to of bug eradication and quickly got to work. Before he left, Julio went over the steps he took to service my yard. I thought he was professional, attentive and thorough.

I have inform in advance that a lot of spiders webs in the backyard that need to clean up. Also requested to put a lot of chemical to clean out the spiders web. When I come home and check on it. The job is not satisfactory by me and my wife. This is second time happen to my account. So please act on it or send someone that know how to take care the customer. Tim
