This man from Aptive was completely rude. We’ve had other employees of the company be unfriendly but this guy just went above and beyond to be rude to my 73 year old mother. Because of this I cancelled service and won’t ever use again.
Mario took the time to explain everything he did, very professional and courteous.
This is by far the worst case of attempting to blow smoke by saying that they did a good job. In reality this agent spent less than 10 minutes here and that included the time to get his equipment out of the back of his truck. He sprayed everywhere except on the outside foundation walls. He sprayed in front of two sets of stairs. Never cleaned the webs and never sprayed for ants, but the worst is that even though there has not been bait in the rodent trap by the garage, he left without even putting new bait in the traps. Your technician seemed quite unfamiliar with mouse traps. She set them incorrectly and without any bait. She asked very few questions. She had only one bait trap available when we needed about four. We were hoping for someone who would be able to present us with an overall plan for alleviating our mouse problem, but got someone who just came to the house planning to set a few mouse traps and be done.
Rigoberto Ortiz Godoy came to my house for scheduled service today 10/24/19 . He was very thorough and explained what he was going to do. Very polite and courteous. He’s been to my house twice and I’m very pleased.

We have always really like aptive and had the service for years. Unfortunately, the last few services we have had to request reservice because there were large, obvious spider webs and eggs left behind at doors. Today we came home and noticed tipped patio furniture. We checked our security cameras and were quite disappointed. For a service we pay good money for, we expect the perimeter of the entire house to be sprayed and our property to be treated with respect.
