Eusebio Alvarez with Aptive showed up to our home as scheduled and on time. He asked about our concerns and brought in the best treatments to handle the problem we were having. He was friendly and courteous and made sure to take care of all the issues and fully answered all of our questions. One of the great things about Aptive is that they will come out and reservice if you ever have the need between your scheduled visits at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend giving Aptive a try if you are looking for pest control services for your home or business. Eusebio Alvarez did a great job. He made sure we didn’t have anything happening outside of the normal service, before starting. He performed the service very efficiently and discretely.
Phillip Nielsen did a great job inspecting and treating our home today.
In the past we have not been home when the tech was here. But today, when I mentioned that I had trapped a mouse in the basement, Phillip took extra time to try to determine where they might be getting in, and filled a couple of small gaps in the sheet rock in the attached garage, hoping this will keep them out. Thanks.
America was very thorough. I watched through the window as he cleaned away webs, etc. Then he sprayed! I am not worried about finding those creepy crawly centipedes in the house. America did a great job - twice around the house!

My technician Chris, was very caring, and professional. He thoroughly checked my problem areas and offered me resolutions. This is a tough time of the year as all of the critters are trying to hibernate in warm areas
Parker was awesome, listened to all our concerns and addressed them. He even explained about the bugs we had in our yard and how they get wiped out with the treatment. We really would like to have Mr. Parker for the future treatments , if possible. That's how much we are impressed with his service
