Love having Emanuel as our technician. Always polite and does a very good job of treating our home for bugs. We have definitely seen an improvement.

Richard spent time explaining to us what aptive offered and what they do. He put out sticky traps to help us see just how many bugs we are taking care of. He was very personable and made sure I understood everything. Good job Richard.
