Rinaldo has been providing exceptional service for our home. We ask for Rinaldo by request now for each of our appointments. He is always dressed professionally and his equipment is clean and organized. He takes extra care to wear booties in our house, which we much appreciate. Rinaldo is very knowledgeable and always gives helpful advise on what we can do on our side, as the homeowner. He is very thorough with his treatments and puts in a lot of effort to make sure we are ready to go. We will continue to request Rinaldo and feel he is a very good asset to Aptive organization. Very happy with the service.
