Communication that Aptives uses is awful, about setting up times to do the quarterly inspection at my house hold. I have not had one good experience and am very disappointed in how aptive sets up its appointments. When I say, "I will call to set up a time that works for me and my family. That is what I mean." The techs have always been friendly, but as of today I will no longer use aptive when my contract expires. I plan on cancelling my service with Aptive. Even when I have scheduled a time frame on the first visit I had to cancel because the tech was not on time. He was still 30 minutes out when I cancelled, and waiting for 3 hours does not work for me. BAD SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION!!!... Read More
