Very polite, professional, efficient service. The tech explained just what he was going to do.
Carlan provided our service today ana was great with our dog who is recovering from surgery. He even left her a little speedy recovery note. So thoughtful!
I don't see in the comments made about what service was performed anything about treating the lawn. Was this not done? There are no warning flags from Aptive, so I doubt this service was performed.
As a 2 year customer, I continue to be pleased with the service Aptive provides.
Very polite and clean dirty surface before doing his regular maintenance visit.
I previously expressed that I was unhappy with your service and was told it would be rectified with the next technician. Again, he was pleasant, however, I had to ask him to take his boots off before walking in the house. I asked him if he was given booties - yes he had them but they were in the car. That was just the start. I had to wipe up drips across the hardwoods and unfortunately I was unable to see presumably all the ones on the carpets. The spray at times was 7” away from baseboards and very messy. Even my gel kitchen mats had to wiped off - by me. It was. It good at all. Courtney Gist was our rep today. I told him where we were having a problem and he sprayed inside and out. Very nice young man.
It was the first technician that I felt I needed to tell they did a good job! Every other tech came a did a half ass job. Sam was great! you need more employees like Sam!
As always, the technician was helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel like they are such a hurry to get to their next job. He took his time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to see where the mouse may have been getting inside my attic.
