Great service every time! The bugs around and within our house have significantly been reduced. No more black ants, spider crickets or other bugs. We love the eco-friendly solutions and transparency. Gene is always amazing.

The past two visits I've had from Aptive seemed like an incredibly quick servicing. My previous pest control servicer was very meticulous. I know you perform service differently, but when service is completed in less than 3-4 minutes around my entire house perimeter, it feels that it is not done well. If you are expecting your agents to complete service as quickly as possible so they can service more properties, then I am not satisfied with that business model.

We got excellent service today. The technician showed up on time, not only serviced outside area, also went above and beyond to remove the trapped mice in the basement and set more traps at targeted areas. My husband is very pleased with his professionalism. Thank you for all the help!
