Joe was here and gave me a good summary of how this treatment works and he placed Several boxes in likely spots to rid the yard of moles and mice. He does his job well.

Aptive technician was terrific, responsive and proactive with mice traps and insect spray. He replaced traps and suggested additional traps be set based on his inspection of the property.

He arrived at 2:14 and was gone before 2:25. I asked him to make sure the opening for one of the exhaust vents was sealed up from mice. I have my doubts that he could do that and spray whatever he says he sprayed and knock down the spider webs. And sure enough, I can see 4 - 5 different places where he didn't clear the cobwebs/spider webs away. And I question if he sprayed anything! This is not the first time I have had problems with your crew doing what they say they did - but it is getting close to being the last time. I won't continue with this service if it continues like it has. Please send someone back out to correct what should have been done today when he was here.
