Very polite and professional, addressing my concerns. Was a pleasure meeting him.
Very good service this lady is very kind and corteous,she answered all our questions.We want her back for the next service.
Initial service at this new home was great. Gabriel was friendly and efficient. Found an ant hill against the foundation and made sure to spray to eradicate them and keep them out of the house.
Why was only left side of house treated?????
He was spending more time in his vehicle than doing any treatments.

When the appointment was made, I was asked if I wanted the inside treated as well. I agreed that was a good idea because I get rather large and numerous cricket spiders, crickets, and other bugs in the basement. However, the technician onsite said that inside treatment was not normal and unnecessary, because the outside treatment would take care of it. You have been treating my property for two years now I believe, so if this were true, then I should not get bugs inside. Perhaps the tech meant that treating inside at this time of year doesn’t make sense? If that is the case, then why did you ask, and why did we make an appointment to spray inside to begin with? Ben is a very professional technician who listened carefully to my concerns regarding the few pests we have seen. He suggested a plan and also took special care regarding our 10month old puppy. When he has serviced our home we haven't needed to call for any additional service.
Martonyo, the technician that came to my house this time was extremely polite and professional. He attended to my request to treat the area around the basement window trim and took care of all other necessary areas as well.
This was the second visit I did not receive notification of service and was not home to even know the service was completed. Very disappointing .
