Me Branford did a very thorough job to address my ant problem I was impressed and reapplied my out side barrier and put down bait my wife and I were happy with his professionalism and his demeanor

He stayed only a few minutes! I don’t believe he sprayed all required areas of home with pesticide! He did not reset the rat traps!

The treatment looked thorough. But the hose made ruts in the gravel and left gravel on our "step stones" next to the garage and on the side walk (which I cleaned up). It all should have been put back the way it was, and he should come back and do it.

Don’t have tech name but he deserves the Bonus. You can figure out who he is. He is very thorough, polite takes time to explain his services, He did the complete app that had been started by a previous tech who couldn’t do it because he was not told (?) he could not access our back yard w/o calling because we have 2 large dogs that have to be contained. Today went as it was supposed to.
