I talked with the guy you sent, he was very helpful and I think he did a good job. Just writing because this afternoon we discovered a good amount of ants in our kitchen area. First time we're seeing them since you guys started spraying for us.

We were not satisfied with today morning’s service. The Aptive employee completed only within 5 minutes and he did not spray in the storage area or near the fence. When we called him to tell him to do further areas around our house, he did not pick up. The total service today did not meet the standards of what we pay for. Thank you.
