Montel was very professional and polite. I was thrilled that he could treat the interior for spiders while practicing social distancing. Very thankful he was able to come and give us our quarterly treatment and rid the yard of ants for our puppy. Very essential indeed! Thank you, Montel

The technician did not complete all the services that he noted on the card. He was here for about a 1/2 hour, 20 minutes of which were spent in the truck getting ready and writing up the report. He did very minimal work. After our appointment on Wednesday to have the services done correctly, we will be canceling our contract.

They did not have any of the rat traps or things needed for that type of pest control. They said they would bring it out the next day and I never saw anyone come back. The technicians were not here very long at all. I also had ants after the spray downstairs in the den which were around our baseboard underneath the window. I originally had just seen a few ants on the counter by my sink in the kitchen. I want the pest control agreement amended and take the rat control off of it since it was never done and not done on the day I was told. I am a bit skeptical now. Tammy W.
