Patrick was the most informative, helpful and friendliest technicians we’ve had ever service our home. He was very courteous and took the time to explain ways that could help mitigate the insects we are seeing as well explain why we were seeing them. We’d love for Patrick to service our home on a regular basis!

The technician never reached out to me for information about our current status. I understand given the current situation with COVID that you may have policies about avoiding speaking to people face to face but I never received a phone call or a text message asking about the current status of our bug problem. Our German Roach issue is cropping back up and while I get that spraying inside the house may be against your policies right now I was really hoping to get some more of those white sticky traps that we have used before. Please reach out to me if it is still possible to get some of these traps.

Mathew Helt was great - he knocked on the door before he started the work - ie he followed my request before he started (all the work is done outside), he listened and was attentive to what I had observed, was very professional, interested in my needs and then took care of business.
