Did not follow the instructions I left with Aptive. I called and left specific requests for treatment and he never completed those. He walked around the house twice sprayed foundation and ran a pole around overhangs then left. When I called Aptive after I was informed the he had access to the notes. Now we need a recall to complete. Very disappointed. $140 to walk around the house twice. This has happened before when I have left specific instructions.
