Tony was supposed to return today with mice trap bait but did not.
i still have mice and possibly rats in my garage.
When is my service contract up?

We have been happy with the service.
It was such a wet rainy day with the wind blowing. I happen to be outside and watched as the active truck pulled up. I thought surely there would be no treatment on such a dismal day. But I was wrong. Linda opened the door and greeted me with a smile. We briefly discuss the weather and she went right to work. She asked if there is anything different in todays treatment and I mentioned a couple of items I thought might be trouble spots. She said she would be sure to give attention to those areas and she went to work.

More than satisfied with my service call done today by Chris Fessman. He gave me a courtesy call before he started and I was able to ask him to please check my gate that does not latch well so that my dogs wouldn't get out when he was finished. He did an amazing job and with the cobwebs and brushing from over the winter and treated out home and yard. Then he went above and beyond by calling me afterward to let me know that he checked for certainty that the hate latched. That was very impressive and a kind gesture of service. Thank you so very much Chris~ kudos!!!
Love how he rings the bell to find out where I was having trouble. Great boy and so respectful!
Joe Hunsaker was very polite and efficient. He asked if it would be ok to use our water supply which I appreciated.
My technician did a great job. Very nice, very professional young man.
