The tech was kind, respectful, and fast. There is an issue w/ having requested the flea treatment, and I thought that's what the initial was going to include, but the treatment was not done. I don't believe this was the tech's fault (maybe just that the treatment wasn't specified in the records). I've contacted customer service to resolve the issue.

Omar is always very helpful. The problem is that I have a black ant problem in my backyard for which you don’t have the right insecticide and the problem has been going on for more than one year. Either you tell me you are going to obtain the right product or I will cancel this service. Let me know.

Normally I am very pleased with the service I receive from Aptive, however, yesterday I believe my home was missed entirely. Numerous and obvious webs were not touched or disturbed. In addition, we watched the tech service the home across the street and then leave the area. Not sure, but we believe addresses were confused or service simply was not provided.
