I am upset because three of my plants were stepped on. I spend hours on my yard and now these three plants are destroyed. I would like to be compensated in order to purchase new plants. I showed my husband and he is not happy either.

He was very attentive to our needs around mice control. He spent quite a bit of time outside patching areas where the mice might be gaining access, setting traps and filling bait boxes. I was very happy with his service.

I really like Michael. He was very thorough and explained everything he did when it was done. He took his time and didn't rush. For once, I didn't feel like my house was just another # to the pest control guy. Can't wait to see when the actual service starts!!

He came out to retreat..I still have cobwebs. I pointed out where wasps where 10-20 wasps congregate..up by gutter and he said he saw no nest and if I saw them again to call...I cannot wait to get out of contract
