I am really annoyed as I got a text and an e mail that there is a balance on my account after the re service application because of your company’s fault of coming to my house when is not present . I have clear instructions to come by appointment with me . I even confirmed with you that this application is no charge and you said yes. So why this text that I owe u guys . I will write a google review and get on Twitter to let people know about these practises of this company .

Ayer vino el técnico e hizo un excelente trabajo, escuchó con atención mis dudas y preocupaciones (mi inglés es nivel bajo) y ese señor hizo el esfuerzo para ayudarme con el idioma y nos comunicamos muy bien; lo pude deducir porque trabajó en base a mi queja de las cucarachas grandes y hormigas e hizo su trabajo con la mejor actitud. The technician politely rang the door bell and introduced himself and the service that we was scheduled to provide. He reminded me to keep all pets inside and stay away from the affected areas.
