Services performed were not really what was sold in the sales pitch. Still have quite a bit of spider webbing in areas and none of the lower masonry was power washed as I was told was going to be done. I think it's best we cancel the service with no need for the follow up visit unfortunately. It would be best for you guys to sync your sales pitch with the actual services provided in my opinion. The ONLY reason I opted into the service was because of the special attention to areas the salesman pointed out on the home that would be done. Didn't see any spot treatment done in the yard, but no way to know for sure. How do I cancel? I was told I had 3 days to do so without any penal...Read More

Sam was very polite and efficient. During such a scary time in the world, he put himself out there to provide a needed service to our family. We appreciate his willingness to help during such an uncertain time. He did a fantastic job meeting all of our needs. I'm sure entering someone's home would make anyone feel uneasy. Excellent job

Today was my first service with Aptive. Jack was a 10 out of 10!! He took his time explaining what he would be doing, and made sure I understood everything. He made great eye contact, and was very polite and professional! When he was finished, he asked if I had any questions and left me a card with phone # to call if anything did come up. At this point, I'm very glad I changed companies!

I will use this opportunity to rate three of your employees on this same form. Bruce came to our house for our regular site inspection and treatment around Tuesday May 11, 2020. This was the third time he came out and he did a great job like he always does. He is always very friendly and solicits my input when he starts the job, he is very courteous and willing to listen and never fails to give me complete satisfaction on the protection I need. He is also knowledgeable of different kinds of pests and insects and where you seem to find them but most of all how to get rid of them.
