My technician, Phillip Elliot, arrived On Time, as promised. We discussed the biggest areas of concern prior to the service, and then Phillip went over what he found and what he had done once the service was complete. Thanks

Rex was friendly and helpful. He spent some extra time looking for wasps nests and told us not to hesitate calling back if we continue to see them. He was also careful not to spray near our bird feeders.

Tech was great, however the company did not call or email me about my up coming appointment, and because of that my dogs were not put up in preparation for the service. I’m great full that the tech was flexible and allow me to hold the dogs while he did the service, I’m absolutely upset about that because I had to exit a business zoom meeting in order to let the tech do his job. Aptive customer service have dropped the ball before But I’m ready now to cut the ties.

Technician perform job tasks well and was professional while he was here. However, I was told to expect him between 1-3 pm and that he would call and give me a 30 minutes out call. He arrived at approximately 12:15 pm and I didn't get any advanced phone call. I have continued with Aptive Environmental mainly because they have usually showed up within the time frame(s) provided to me in advance. The thirty minute out call is also a valuable plus. This time the tech was early, in the past techs have been late.

I really like the technicians who did the work and the things they did. I do have problems that they did not have instructions as was promised that they call 2 hours before visit. Also, my notices of the treatment did not have a time frame of the treatment even though I have asked for it many times. Also, your emails are very funky in that they go for pages that are blank. I really like the technicians who do the treatments but their support from corporate is not great. Dr Jerry W Shiveley

Adam called ahead of time and explained exactly what he was going to do before he started. He helped me out and asked detailed questions that really showed that he knows the trade. I'll be asking for Adam in the future.
